Naming the Fairtrade Beltie

During Fairtrade Fortnight, Primary 1/2 won a competition where they had to name the Fairtrade Beltie.  The winning name was (Moffat) "Toffee".  The class decided to write to the Moffat Toffee shop to ask if they could kindly make a special batch of Fairtrade Moffat Toffee.  P1/2 were delighted to receive a huge personalised jar of Fairtrade Moffat Toffee! In order to do this, they used Tate and Lyle Fairtrade sugar which helps 20,000 cane sugar farmers in 14 different countries.  It was delicious! Thank you from P1/2 and Miss Henderson!
